By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jz103 platform available at jz103.bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Member" or "Player") and jz103 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jz103 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

Access to jz103 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. jz103 is a strictly 18+ platform. Access by minors is prohibited.
• You are physically located in or are a resident of Bangladesh at the time of accessing the platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of a third party.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by jz103 or any recognised gambling harm-prevention service.
• You have not previously had a jz103 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

jz103 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any stage of the member relationship, including at the point of withdrawal, bonus claim, or account review. Acceptable documents include national identity cards, passports, and other government-issued identification recognised in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe notified by jz103 may result in account restriction or closure.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account on the jz103 platform. The opening of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jz103 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any bonus balances, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should any details change. jz103 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the member.

Account registration is personal and non-transferable. You must not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your jz103 account. The account holder is responsible for all activity conducted through the account, whether or not such activity was authorised by the account holder.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jz103 login credentials, including your username and password. jz103 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.

You must notify jz103 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect or become aware of any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. jz103 will take reasonable steps to investigate reported incidents; however, the Platform will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where such access occurred due to the member's failure to adequately protect their credentials.

• Do not share your password with any third party, including jz103 customer support staff (who will never ask for your password).
• Do not access your jz103 account from a shared, public, or unsecured device or network.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available within your account settings.
• Log out of your account fully after each session, particularly on shared devices.

jz103 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳) through the following payment channels currently supported on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Platform's discretion with reasonable notice to members.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the name of the jz103 account holder. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, jz103 reserves the right to reverse the transaction and close the account pending investigation.

• Minimum deposit: Minimum deposit thresholds are published within the account banking section and are subject to change with notice.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the member's jz103 account within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day depending on the processing bank.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT (৳). No foreign currency conversions are offered by jz103.
• Deposit limits: Members may set personal deposit limits within their account settings at any time. jz103 may also apply platform-level deposit limits in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.

Members may request withdrawal of their available real-money balance (excluding any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) at any time through the account banking section. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering best practice.

• Verification requirement: Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. jz103 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals exceeding stated thresholds.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal operating conditions. VIP tier members may benefit from expedited processing times as set out in the VIP programme terms.
• Minimum withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the account banking section and apply per transaction.
• Withdrawal fees: jz103 does not currently charge a platform-level fee on withdrawals. However, the receiving payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside jz103's control.

jz103 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or where a responsible gaming investigation is ongoing. Members will be notified of any such delay and provided with a reasonable explanation where disclosure does not compromise the integrity of the investigation.

jz103 offers various bonuses, free bets, deposit match offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible members. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when read together. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire within the timeframe stated on the promotion page. Expired bonus balances are removed automatically without further notice.
• One bonus at a time: Members may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus abuse: jz103 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings derived from bonuses, and to close accounts where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including but not limited to: matched betting using jz103 bonuses, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated group bonus farming.
• jz103 discretion: jz103 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at the Operator's absolute discretion and do not constitute a contractual entitlement.

All bets and wagers placed on jz103 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. These rules are accessible within each game or market interface. General betting and gaming rules applicable across the platform include the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets may not be cancelled or amended by the member after the bet slip has been accepted and the relevant event or game round has commenced.
• jz103 reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the odds, lines, or game outcome were affected by a technical error, data feed failure, or circumstances outside the Operator's reasonable control.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market and are published within the relevant game or market interface. These limits may vary by member tier under the jz103 VIP programme.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or betting market, the official result as determined by the relevant game provider or sports data provider shall be binding, subject to jz103's internal review process.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournament markets — are subject to the sports betting rules published in the sports section of the platform, which cover match abandonment, interruptions, DLS method application, and result verification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jz103 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. jz103 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Colluding with other members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or in the course of any verification process.
• Using the jz103 platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law in Bangladesh or any other relevant jurisdiction.
• Exploiting known bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games or the betting platform in a manner that results in unintended winnings. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of charge-back, disputed transaction, or reversal of a deposit after the corresponding funds have been used for betting or gaming on the platform.
• Accessing the jz103 platform on behalf of any individual who is subject to a self-exclusion order, account ban, or who is under the age of 18.

All content published on the jz103 platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, text, images, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of jz103 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jz103 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the jz103 platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software or game code used on the platform.
• Using the jz103 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written authorisation from the Platform.
• Scraping, indexing, or harvesting data from the jz103 platform using automated tools.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to jz103 for display on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jz103 shall not be liable to any member for any of the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Losses arising from the member's reliance on any information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or match data.
• Losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity interruptions, server outages, or force majeure events outside jz103's reasonable control.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any nature.

jz103's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ৳10,000, whichever is the lesser amount.

jz103 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members in Bangladesh. The Platform provides the following tools within every member's account settings, accessible at any time without requiring a support request:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in BDT to manage spending.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount that may be lost within a defined period.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the jz103 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period selected.

jz103 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding twelve (12) months, subject to the dormant account policy published in the account area.
• At the member's own request for the purposes of self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon closure, jz103 will return any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided that identity verification has been completed and no ongoing investigation is in progress. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.

jz103 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, jz103 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered members via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the jz103 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and, if you wish, request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.

These Terms & Conditions are written in the English language. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the jz103 platform, the parties agree to seek resolution through the following process:

• Step 1 — Internal complaint: Submit a written complaint to [email protected] with full details of the dispute. jz103 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
• Step 2 — Escalation: If the member is not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaint process, the matter may be escalated to jz103's senior compliance team by written request.
• Step 3 — Resolution: jz103 will make reasonable efforts to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently. The Platform's decision on matters of game outcome, bonus eligibility, and account standing shall be final following the completion of the internal review process.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the general obligations applicable to online service providers operating in the Bangladesh digital marketplace. The English-language version of these Terms shall be the authoritative version for all interpretive purposes.
